The FCT Insurance survey focused on the consumers attitudes towards insurance providers, collecting responses from over 1,700 regional radio listeners nationally.

National Key Insights include:

  • 88% of respondents hold comprehensive car insurance while only 64% hold contents insurance.
  • AAMI, Allianz & Bupa are the top three brands within respondents mindset.
  • 30% of respondents always check their policy to ensure they are getting the best deal.
  • 40% of respondents believe their current insurance policy is too expensive.
  • Radio advertising would make almost 40% of the respondents feel more favourable about an insurance policy or organisation.
